Description: In the past two decades, creative artists known as KIDA (Kowloon Industrial District Artists) have transformed the Dragon City Industrial Zone, once an industrial area, into a thriving creative hub. However, rising rents and harsh inspections, backed by real estate developers aiming to turn Dragon City into a business district, threaten their existence. When a project to infuse street dance, music, and graffiti into Dragon City’s “Optimization Plan” is proposed, KIDA faces a choice: accept the job or fight back. A Leung urges the group to use the opportunity to gain recognition and fair treatment, while A Fat, Heyo’s master, plans a counteraction.
